Coloful Interior Designer: Jeannie Fraise

Every time I walk by Hayes street, I'm always stopped by Lotus Bleu's colorful window displays.
In fact, the whole boutique is just like a candy store.

Interior designer Jeannie Fraise REALLY knows how to play with colors and patterns.
I love the polish hanging lamp with the blue and white tiles.

Even our Chinese antiques pieces became funkily chic!
We custom made this pair of tapered Elm wood cabinets.

The pebble-like round tiles are just fabulous in this modern kitchen.

Classic lavender bathroom. It's so fresh and relaxing.

Asian flavor guest bathroom has WOW effect. The silk wallpaper and copper wash stand did the job!

Daring strawberry red wall. Perfect with the paintings.

I would have a peaceful sleep in this bedroom. We custom made the pair of dark Ming style night stands from reclaimed Elm wood. French polished.

How fun this living room is! Different kinds of curves is my favorite!

How do I know Spring is in SF ??

How do I know spring in coming?
Cherry blossoms.

My cats are rolling and rolling in the sunroom.

People start to dress African style to beach.

My dog is so happy to sitting in the warmer ocean.

Beautiful butterflies became..........

Just like grapes.

Moon is coming out so early.

Colorful flowers everywhere.

People painted their cars pink to match the flowers.

People start to remodeling homes. If I can get this mansion for free, I can live in it as "as is" condition.

Spring is here !

Beautiful Gates in SF (2)

Fancy gate but I am so scared if I get too close, the security guard will push that button.....

Simple + Art Deco flavor

My favorite. Not really like the stairs, but the hand wrought iron doors with the yellow walls are just amazing.

Click to see why these are 3 different units.
Black & White / Black / white & Black

Your guests can always find your house.

Classic.

YES, these red iron railings are more beautiful then the house.

Feel like in Europe :)

Tineke Triggs: Artistic Designs for Living

Artistic Designs for Living is more than an interior design firm. They  specialize in space planning, structural design, and concept-to-finish project management.

This color palate is brilliant.

They practice a wide range of design styles from traditional Victorian to contemporary.

This hallway is so clean and airy. We are finding a perfect Chinese Ming style antique console table for one of their clients' hallway now. Can't wait to see the new pix :)

Fabulous kitchen remodeling. It will even make my cooking taste delicious.

Their designs are always very simple, modern but warm. It feels like a home, not a fancy hotel room.

Before & After. What a transformation!

Walking into the bath room and feeling like king & queen !! Love it.
